Exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—-warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every moment comfortable. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience feel effortless. The location couldn’t be better: close to everything, easy to navigate, and perfect for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of service and convenience. Highly recommended.

I will absolutely stay here again. The bedding looks new. The bathroom was spotless. The beds were made to a standard that would make a drill sergeant weep! Location was off the main roads and so very quiet at night (at least on the lobby entrance side). The staff was very efficient and friendly. I didn’t try the bar or the cafe, but they looked inviting and clean.

They are doing customer service exactly right! They rescued me as a walk in from an absolute nightmare of an experience from a nearby hotel. The facilities are as stellar as the customer service. Do not hesitate to book and tell only your kindest friends. I'd hate to see them ruined. I also left an item in the room. Called the next day and dealt with housekeeping. The cleaning team had found it and had it in the lost and found. Where other places struggle to even route you to the front desk here your experience by phone and in person will confirm you will certainly not be unattended. A job well done for the whole time and team! May they all be well!

This hotel was a little off the beaten path, but that is what gave it the wonderful tree-filled views! I was very impressed with the lack of a parking lot view most hotels give. The rooms were comfortable with good shower pressure. The staff was very friendly and even gave us some more warm cookies after coming in from a Halloween Party at 2AM. That cookie saved my life

I felt very welcomed upon arrival. The next morning, I went downstairs to get some tea due to not feeling well, Paul stopped what he was doing to aid me in finding a potential solution to soothe my throat. The lobby, bar and breakfast areas are spacious. We will use the hotel again when in the area.

While the hotel feels a little dated, the outstanding service more that makes up for it. The facility is clean and well maintained with food and bar area that has everything you would need. But what makes this place special is the extremely nice and helpful staff. One note, given its proximity to sporting centers, a lot of families are here. So don’t be surprised with kids running around.

We stayed here because is near the venue for our daughter wedding and this place is amazing great service at anytime,they even help me to keep the wedding cake safe till the next day for the wedding. Is clean, is elegant , the room are very nice too. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton in Colombia on Thursday, August 25 and Friday, August 26 for a work event, and the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with great service, and we were warmly welcomed with the signature cookie and water. Everything was well explained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. When traveling for work, it’s so important to find a place that feels this supportive and restful. Thank you for making my stay such a positive experience!
